Problem
Grocery availability depends on which warehouse can serve an address, so catalogue, cart and order rules all need to be warehouse-aware.
Approach
A NestJS 11 API on PostgreSQL with Drizzle migrations, JWT access and refresh tokens, Redis caching, Socket.IO order tracking, FCM push and S3 uploads. The Flutter monorepo (customer, admin and delivery apps) uses clean-architecture layers with shared core, domain, data and UI packages, Riverpod and go_router.
